all you can do is double check everything you did and hope to find the mistake usually works for me
when i changed my clutch before started it up and the flywheel was watching on the steel flywheel guard so have a look for that
also make sure where you split the shafts from the hubs that the 3 circle shape bearings and in the hub and have new grease in them
then check your gearbox mounts are in place and that your back one espiecally
