My boost uysed to drop off at high revs, from 10psi to 4/5psi. But I re-fitted the EFI pipe (air intake pipe) and made sure the rubber insert was put in properly 'cos before it had bent over restricting airflow mega style. Now I can hold 9/10psi constant to red line!
sorry to hijack the thread but a simila things happened to my ep82, when i first got the car it was boosting to 10 psi, but i fitted a new bov, and now it only boosts to around 8 psi.
yeah i know what an actuator is, my boost controller is one you turn there is to red pipes coming from it one goes to the actuator and i dont know where the other one goes
i have an ebc and hks actuator and my boost used to drop off after about 5k rpm with both the efi pipe fitted and with mesh over the intake. with a front mounted air filter it now boost creeps for the first time ever.
