Samco size for turbo inlet ?

Will do mate. Cant view pics at work so will have a look later. I got ideas on how im gonna do it in my head...

I need to take off the efi pipe so i have an idea of what room ive got to play with & angles etc...

Can see where the little rubber part of the EFI pipe, put that into the top mount bend, once you jubby clip it up it holds well.

and told u it was 38mm wen we went to the kent, meet.lol

i may have even found a way to do this on my glanza, once go td04, lew,
i still want my cuppa.LOL

lol ive repped u before u rep whore lol.

Its 40mm tho & not 38mm u nutter, would have been to small if i ordered that samco....

It was all rush rush last time mate, if i have more time, you'll get your cuppa ;)

What diameter metal pipe is that mate? I've got some 51mm piping in the garage! Would that fit?

Yes i think that fits, cause i used that elbow (the black one used for the OEM TMIC , pictured above connected to air filter) for my fmic piping of 51mm (2")!

I got a 40mm one and it seems a perfect tight fit, 38mm might squeeze on using some lubrication. ;)

Mine is made by Venair, try them for the 40mm

Edit, I bought this from a mate and he just said it fits CT9. I haven't measured it yet, it could well be 38mm. Fits nicely. :)

I cant seem to find any 40mm ones any where, and i need it to be a reducer pipe thing, as i need it to be 40mm & 50mm the other end..

Cant view pics at work :( so ill have a look later....

May just try & squeeze a 38mm one on but can imagine it will be a right bitch with the lack of space in the engine bay...

Yes it could be. I need to cut mine back a bit because it almost touches the oil filter at the moment!

i think its just going to be one of those trial and error things really. May just order it up and give it a go..

The 38mm fits nicely because you have to trim back the 38mm leg as it is too long, so when you trim it back I'm assuming it gets slightly bigger and therefore fits perfectly!

well ive just ordered up the 38mm 90 degree bend.... Its 38mm turbo side and 51mm. Hope it bloody fits, im gonna put a load of effort to squeeze that on. Im sure a pot of lube and some strong hand will do the trick :p

Gonna be fitting this lot on Saturday, so ill post pics up of the progress and finished pieice :)
