That he thinks Glanza's are Boy racer cars, I have tried to reason but he is stubborn. He said that all cars that look like mine are Boy racer cars regardless of who drives them.

I have tried to explain saying that they are enthusiasts cars etc but he is just saying they are boy racers cars....

please educate him.

and only productive comments please lol

Who cares, let him have his opinion, at the end of the day its your car, and modifying it the way you want makes you happy. if he dosnt like it then fair enough, no point trying to convince him.

Its pretty much to tbh.

Its hard to see the line between boy racer and enthusiast now.

X2 if you have a small car like gts and Soooo you will get the (( boyracer )) in them with there starlet N/A insurance but it is really a FINE line.....

Hes narrow minded and jealous :) but there is a very fine line between boy racer and enthusiast.

To be fair, I don't think there will be a single high performance car marque out there that isn't owned by a boy racer. Impreza's, Evo's, Supra's, Porsches, Lotus's etc etc are all owned by boy racers too. There are boy racers out there with plenty money to splurge on expensive cars.

Some Marques of cars just have a worse reputation than other's. Saxo's and nova's are the ultimate boy-racer cars but Starlets are quickly catching them.

Enthusiasts are only recognised by other enthusiasts.

Well that's his perception and he isn't wrong, but as stated above it's like tearing apart a boy racer in a small hatch opposed to a 4 door powerful saloon.

Perhaps your colleague was a boy racer himself and is now jealous of these lovely imports he never got to test, except the novas, orions back in his primeval time.

Depending on where you reside, some towns, cities, villages have more starlets than others. 2 and a bit years ago when I got mine, I would never see another starlet, but recently they are a much common scene and it pisses me off lol - I like rarity, clearly that factor is dead.

They are not easy to insure, people get confused with easy to ensure and ill-insure (as N/A)
