Head is the same casting as far as I'm aware only differience is the cams.

I would sand it down and superglue/apoxy a plastic washer on there. If it does come loose then at least the washer will stay where it is

Could be a Bad Hazzard switch or connector, I found out the hard way one day that without the hazard button in place or working properly the indicators don't work.
