if it never came with the acoustic intake manifold then its not a 5efhe its just a regular 5e so it would not come with the stronger rods and piston and higher lift cams

in the pic u posted that is not the 5efhe acoustic intake manifold as the one in ur pic is not double runner

You have Damaged crank shaft bearing bearing, also the crankshaft could be damaged too...my godbrother had the same problem after going around a track the oil went low and bearing got damaged and if he pass 3k rpm u would hear a knowing sound he had the change the crack and bearing so he just...
