Yep Yep Yeah I Got it on My Starlet Also.Its Linked to the door sensor also.if u take the panel off u would see a black small box marked toyota.thats the box that everything is connected to.easy to see the wiring sequence.

Brought the Car in town.fine no abnormal noises or anyting.just installed apexi turbo timer.parked.turned of.went to the club came out started car.it started fine.mashed in clutch and tried to put in gear and the shifter doesnt move for nothing.Any hints.i thnk it maybe the synchronising bearings.
