Isn't the FC there for a reason. Trying to override/remove it is only going to cause more problems imo.

Tbh I don't talk about it at work. I only talk about it to mates that are interested as others come out with stupid comments like 'arrhh its gonna be well faster now then' :\ But friends that have an idea its good to talk to and they give there opinions too. :)
