had a slight problem with my box last week, the end gear in the back of the box with the three clips was damaged (2 of the 3 clips have been ground into paste) as well as the teeth from the last gear (reverse) smoothed down..... took them to the toyota dealership and the syncro they brought...

I'm running the 2860rs on my 4e, she's down now for rebui.lding/forging but this turbo was perfect for my lil 13. spools really quickly and a hell of a kick. supporting mods before the rebuild: front mount, 2.5" intercooler piping, 3" exhaust, tial external wastegate (sounds exquisite), fuel...

I have one on my 13 and i'd recommend it to anyone. just make sure it's the real garrett and not a chinese/ebay immitation

some solid polyurathene engine mount bushings might help as well if you still have in the standard engine mounts as they wll reduce the movement of the engine which in turn will produce less stress on the exhaust piping.. i had in a full solid straight pipe but it cracked close by the front so i...
