Sounds like fuel cut to me too. Is the boost stable at .8 , or is it spiking? Wastegates on the standard ct9 are quite small, and don't expell enough exhaust gasses when you start playing with the breathing.

Do you mean the breather that is usually linked to the re-circulating dump valve? If so, many on here fit a rocker cover breather filter,which should be ok, otherwise you could fit an oil catch tank to be all prim and proper with the law!
