Got another question folks, I have a Blitz digital boost controller in the car. Its plugged in a has power too it but it is not connected to the engine in any way. theres a plug that needs to go somewhere (not a clue were this goes) and a t-piece with vaccum pipe on it, I assume this goes...

i have adjusted the regulator to as low as it will go and its sitting at 2.6, is this ok?

ive tried adjusting the regulator and the lowest it wil read is 2.6, is this ok? what vaccum hose mate?
