a disc cutter will be fine:) i cut up a 4.8l landcruiser amazon up with a big disc cutter by cutting the roof off first and working my way down to the chassis

sorry misread your first post,80/90 oil will be fine and bubbles in the oil is normal after the car has been driven

the oil you put in is thicker so the bubbles will take longer to rise to the top than the old oil

i wouldn't worry about the bubbles,the crown wheel in the diff isn't fully submerged in oil so it will get air in the oil while rotating

the mpg isn't very good for town driving i probably get 20-22mpg but can get nearly 40mpg on a long motorway journey but that is still better than the pulsar i used to have:haha:

i run an e46 328i and can't really fault it,it go's fairly well excelent handling for the size and very smooth to drive also very reliabe. look out for a top end engine rattle on acceration between 2-3000 revs as the vanos seals can harden with age and can be fairly expensive to fix

presuming your checking the emissions on a good calibrated emission tester your fuel mixture is on the lean side or you have a minor exhaust leak so it won't be the cat

perspex windscreen???:haha: as for the other windows it will look shit(glass bond or sicaflex visable through clear perspex),unoriginal and he will have to find a rubber seal strip with the correct curvature/size to try and tidy it up or cut the original seal which would be too much messing...

yeah thats right, as for bonding forget it, the glass isn't made big enough to bond it.as for the the glass bonder it's a special type not silicone:eek::haha:

put the seal on the window,lube round the seal with the washing up liquid and wrap the seal inner lip with wire or pvc coated washing line with enough extra to have some wire to pull on,hook the seal lip on to the window aperture at the bottom and get a helper to push on the window near to where...
