surely you could easily sell the td04 kit on, even a cheap quick sale would be enough to buy a complte standard lump with ct9... that car is far to nice to split it you know you will reget it if you do

my one was lower on cylinder 2, mine was always like yours is doing now but evetually the head gasket went btween the cylinder and water jacket on the front... how does it drive?

so i have a new tps... still the same.. have now checked everything i can think of against my mates galanza and everything is the same, i even went to the extent of comparing fuel pressure and turning both engines by hand with rods on the pistons to show tdc bdc etc all to be the same. im now...

right i buit it all back up got it running, then put it in diagnostic mode and i can get it revving up to 7k but only when it miles retarded when its in the marks it will run on idle but as soon as you toutch the throttle it dies?

yea they are in the right order, it runs upto 4/5k really well but wont go any further it just missfires unless you let off

yea everything's pluged in, yea every time i turn it over it always lighns up the same, i might buy a tps sensor anyways then il build it back up and give the timing a go with the light if it turns up tomorow :/ cheers for all the help so far mate, need boost back in my life lol

thats what it is set up like and runs and starts like that but only up to arround 4k rpm, if the dizzy is lighned up with the line so bout half a cm arround then it does not run. but as far as i can see the marks are all alighned? any ideas?

just had a look through the video's and far as i can see it looks like in right in what i have done so far but still it aint right, il have the cam sover off and take some pics tomorow :(

will do mate have to go on the pc, is that pic of the pully at tdc? i thought the hole by 4e had to lighn up with the pin hole at the top of the camshaft on the rocker ish?

yea i think thats what mine's like if im honest, but i aint sure thats why im going to have the cam cover off tomorow, is it 2 on the inlet and 1 on the ehaust?
