with regards to the hone process and the finish you get does that not depend on the stones used and the order there used in ? dan

i would deffinateley agree with this at a minmum i would give it a hone its fairly cheap , or even cheaper if you know someone with a honeing tool :) dan

i dont no how good they are as i have never used one but a bore scope may shed some light on it dan

you will get very slight residue in the cooler pipes over time but if there is clearly quite a lot i would deffinately say turbo seals dan

that is a fair bit of oil to use if its just one valve stem oil seal , have u tryed a compression check incase u have worn ring etc ?

just as a starting point bud just put a new set of plugs in , its probably the cheapest place to start and will eliminate plugs out of the equation
