The thermostat housing will need to be swapped because they exit on different angles, just a simple swap from your old motor, there will be some engine loom clips which may not fit so you will need to use 1 or 2 sensors from your old engine.
Nothing major all simple things.
Not hard but a bit fiddley, 2 12mm bolts, 1 circlip and a couple of pipes on the actuator - much easier with the radiator removed.
You will always get some boost drop off as your revs increase but the standard CT9 can hold a lot more than 0.5 Bar.
Buy one with the longest guarantee possible would be my advice, some do like 4 years.
I have aftermarket HID's on my current car and when they are on it messes up the radio sound.
Delivery driving could be a good bet if you find a quiet place which doesnt use loads of fuel, I used to do it 7 years ago and used my old GT sometimes.
