i have 255 walbro, fcd and a fuel pressure regulator sitting at 35psi..

hello am new on here, but i have a glanza and i have it running on a tdo5 turbo and boosting 0.9bar of boost am running on a manual boost controller/bleed valve..i can not get it boosting anymore, do i need to get a electronic boost controller or what? could anyone help me thanks:)
