Rev limiter +

wanting to raise my rev limiter to around the 8k mark, as im running a td05 which is full boosting at 4900, and would like it to run right to 8k, the spec on my engine is as follows:

Fully forged engine including:
Chemicaly cleaned and machined block
Wiesco low compression 74.5mm pistons 10cc dished
Msr rods
TRD 0.6mm headgasket
Speedvision Billet 265 degree cams
Custom spec headwork by ccm
460cc injectors

would this kind of build cope with the 8k rev limiter or more no problem?

Hi,you need uprated valve spring and a good engine management.EMU or standalone.

im running a emu, not sure if the car was built with uprated valve springs ill double check on that

If you got a set of cams I'm sure you would have the valve springs. Double check anyway
