Help please car is very laggy and hesitates around 5k

Just brought a starlet it has a big fmic, blits dump valve and decat wold any of this cause these problems? If not any ideas wold be great thanks for looking

When you say very laggy, how laggy is vbery laggy?

Has it always been like this or only recently?

Around 5 - 5.5k is normally fuel cut...

if the power cuts out around 5k then thats fuel cut, which you need a fuel cut defender to stop that,

my car stuggles around 5k atm, and its to do with too high fuel pressure
