4efte engine vs 2zzge

this can be a topic of discussion

i have a friend that has a 4efte engine with the following mods:
port & polish head
standard intake
garrett gt2560 turbo with an equal length manifold
external wastegate
rrfpr
fmic with 2.5 intercooler pipping
standard exedy clutch & pressure plate
full 2.5 exhaust with mandrel bends at respective places

plans to
change to e-manage ultimate
change injectors to 330 or 365
and a walbro fuel pump

then there's this other guy he has a RunX 2zzge (1800 vvtLi)
and his modifications are

long ram cold air intake
emanage ultimate
walbro fuel pump

now the RunX guy opinion is that his 2zz is much faster than he 4efte in a quarter mile because his car has more cc's and the 1300 will basically "fan out" by the time the quarter is finished.

as it stands now and i am asking u guys here
which is the faster car with the mods these 2 cars have?

mite depend on ultimate setup on 2zz but id say 4efte is better on quarter mile due to havin turbo....

the 4E without emanage and just stock injectors at 15psi with that turbo will hv the run x from beginning till end, no doubt about that. we hv similar ones here and they're slooooooww. but very slow..

The 4e would give the RunX a run for its money on a CT9 up the drag strip. Drove a 190 Corolla and to be honest I wasnt impressed, considering both cars standard have the same torque figure then I would give this one to the 4e easily.

i'd say it's not just about how much power is made.. but also how that power is delivered.. so in my books, the -fte will take the cup.. :)

Zero chance of the runx winning.

Good engines, however they are hauling a lot more weight in a runx.
