Car Vibrate after 2way LSD install

Hi,Please help and advice.I just install a second hand 2way TRD LSD mechanical type when on 1st gear from 0-20km/h the car vibrate badly as if the engine mount was bad and its ok on all gear no vibration just on pick up.I check engine mount,clutch and all seem to be ok. Before installing the LSD the car was ok.Any idea what it might be. Am using redline 75w90 LSD oil.Thanks

HI,Thanks for your reply.I know the clutch can do that but my clutch is act extreme 6 puck solid type brand new only 800 km run. I inspect it pressure disk and disk seem to be ok.
