So I aint seen another thread about excercise yet? Is there one up yet? Or can we start one here? I wana know what you guys do to keep fit if we cruise all day...
I go running most morning and use a few exercise machines to tone my abs up. I started a new gym memerbship last week, and its working out perfect! got my own PT too.
