Hi everybody.
im running 5EFHE cams in my 5EFTE.
now im thinking of going for the speedvision billet cams.
The specs are as follows:

Duration: 265 degree intake / 265 degree exhaust.
Lift: 8.7mm intake / 8.7mm exhaust.

Whereas in the 5EFHE the intake is 240 compared to 224 in the 4EFTE and exhaust is 228 for both

What i need to know is whether these cams are good to use and what mods will i need to support these? when i mean mods i mean the valves, valve springs and shims.
im currently running a 1.2mm steel head gasket.
Will i have to take off the head for this procedure or can i install the cams with the head still on the block?

Any help very much appreciated.
Thanks.

My mates running batch one speed vision cams. Would be best to uprate valve springs. Easiest to take the head off for this. But apart from that the shim up ok with every thing elce

From what Sam told me,they can also be used with stock valves & valves springs. Those cams seem to be a good upgrade according to the video which he has posted on his site. I think it's better if you could get in touch with Sam and ask him before taking any decision.
