TD04 turbo external wastegate

Hi,
I am putting my td04 external wastegate together and i need to find a way of keeping the internal wastegate shut, i dont want to weld it, so could i keep the actuator on or can i buy a bracket and has any one got a link where i could buy something to keep it shut cheers

I used a bit of flat steel, measured it up and made 2 90 degree bends in a vice then drilled holes fro the wastegate penny flap pin to go through and another to bolt onto where the actuator would bolt onto. Then just used an e-clip to hold penny pin part in place and bolted other side up. Really easy to do and works perfectly, can take pictures if you want.

No point paying for something that you can make in 10-15 minutes though unless it's for cosmetic reasons.

Also there is no guarantee of it fitting unless you make it yourself as the person at the other end making it doesn't know exactly how far the turbo is rotated.
