Weight of a Complete 4efte block, plus cheapest courier?

Just wondering roughly how heavy a 4efte block is with sump and internals, and whos cheapest to get it delivered? Ta

around 80 to 100 kg

tin it will have to go on a pallet on the lorry most courier services do max 50kg

Two people can lift it on a pallet handy enough if that's any good. Think I went Paisley Freight when I got mine.
