Old newbie

Well ive been a member here for a long time some of you may know me as vtec-eater over on Toc-irl , i havent posted here in years as i sold my old glanza long ago but i picked up another one recently so just taught id throw up some pics


This is my old one

And this is the new one, this is what it looked like when i first got it

First off i removed the stickers from the bonnet and bootlid and added a few new ones along with a black sunstrip

Next on the list was to get rid of the rotas and get something a bit better so i found these at a good price, there modulo wheels which are made by enkei

Then i got rid of the crappy standard seats and picked up a pair of tenzo r seats on glanza rails for little money and the difference is night and day and got a armrest too

Today i went about undersealing it to prepare it for the crappy irish winter with help from Dazz off here, we only got the back end and arches done as it was raining on and off but ill get around to finishing it tomorrow

Haven't updated this in ages but ive done a few bits over the past few months.

First i got this whiteline rear arb thanks to clarkytrd

I then fit a set of Work Rs-z which i had lying around for ages, there 4x114 so i had to get hub adaptors to fit them

I got a front cusco strut brace off a mate to replace the standard one

I also picked up a cusco front under strut brace which i still need to fit and a set of lancer gsr recaros which will be fitted tomorrow

Thanks for the welcome i wouldnt put rotas on a trailer never mind on my car :haha:

I have the work wheels and a set of gram lights now so im a happy camper

A few more little updates

Front under cusco brace

Gab damper adjustable shocks

Gsr recaro front seats

Rays Gram Lights

The next thing to do is to get new tein lowering springs for the gab shocks and before i fit them i might respray the shocks as the paint is in bits on them.

Then i want to fit the new cusco under brace and i also plan on respraying the calipers soon.


Once i get all that done ill get a new mani/decat and relocate the air filter to the front then send it off to be remapped on the emanage

Well i woke up early yesterday morning and went about removing the air con setup and while i was at it i fitted a Hks adjustable actuator and relocated the air filter to behind the grill to help it get more cold air, i used some old intercooler piping i had lying around to move the filter to the front so that saved me 50 euro buying the bits off ebay

I set the boost to 0.7 bar so that will do me until i get my new turbo on and run it at 1 bar


I still have a few bits of the air con to be removed and fit the shorter belt then its job done
