engine gearbox oil

right lads what im looking to know is the MILLER 10w40 semi and MILLER 75w90 semi oil any good for my td04 glanza? have a friend that can get me it for cost price from his work, 5 liters 10w40 semi £19.41 and 2 liters 75w90 semi £11.37. what use think, will it be ok to use? also how many liters does the gearbox hold?

as long as its the right grade and its half decent oil it will be perfectly fine
