Does look like a Nu-Spec, there should be a name and Jasma plate on it if so. Be careful as the Japspeed stuff is a cheap copy of the same system. Just in case you didn't know, there should be a third front section that goes with it to make up the full exhaust.

EDIT - just realized that the second pic is the front section lol..
