just recently my boost controller only comes on when i'm on boost! Then randomly goes off again... works the same when on any ideas?

ok before fittin i removed fcd and soldered wires back together.. fitted ecu and let her idle for 20 mins.. drove slow for bought 5 miles then slowly gave bitta boost for another few miles.. now if i plant her she goes til around 4k then massive lagg/flat spot! if ya feed the throttle to her...
