Is it possible to remap the standard ECU? ...and if so, can it have an overrun style map to make loud backfires between gear changes and when slowing down VXR style-ish ... and if not, is there an ECU standalone or piggyback that could be programmed in this way?

I need a rail to mount a Recaro to. Don't mind if it doesn't fit the seat as I can modify it. Just need it to fit the floor. If anyone know where I can get one or knows of anyone selling one PLEASE let me know. Thanks :)
