    the previous owner used cardboard and tape to fix the gear selector. so that's fixed noe by using the proper replacement parts. now I found out that's its a wrong gearbox in the car now. is there much difference between a N/A gearbox and a glanza box?

    what's the best way to check the efi relay? car idles fine, he will check the fuel pump. just remembered the service last month included the fuel filter. rev counter sort of works, just reads really low eg, it idles at the second bar of the counter. he will do an eml test to thanks

    friend of mine, his ep82 is having a problem where as he describes "like the fuel cut but its not". it happens when he's taking off and cruising, not sure at what revs because that gauge is broke. he's not horsing the car, just driving normally. the eml doesnt come on when it happens...

    the mechanic had a look, big ends gone, number 3 cylinder spun the bearing and marked the crank. there is also metal contamination all around the engine as well and that it would cost 300£ to swap it. i think this will be another glanza to broke and scrapped....

    yeah actually does sound like someone hammering away in the engine bay. I suspect the big end is away, will it cause the revs to drop and engine to cut out? how much would it cost to fix?
