    RPM wire .......please help

    dear.... please help me....i change my techno meter.....old one does not have rpm ...so i change a techno meter with rpm ....but i saw that all are working fine .. but one line is missing that one is IG- line.... after research online i found ne + and n- line is for rpm...but i don't...

    ac run when start blower fan.

    "My car is toyota corolla dx 1999 . i have a problem that is, when i start a blower then ac is runing without switch on the ac . that means my car a/c is run when i start blower. this is my problem.please help me about this. thanks":confused:
