i did a Diagnostics Test on my 1990 gt starlet it came up wif error code 31 and it wont go away at all even after i reset the ecu it comes back straight away. ive got a hks fuel cut defender and a apexi neo hooked up would that be a problem. the car goes fine i just cant get rid of that error...

can ne 1 help me...... i have a 1990 ep82 i am wanting more sensitve easyier steering and a mate of mine has a 1994 ep82 and his steer it real sensitve and im wanting steering like his, are the steering racks different????? do the 92-94 come out with a differenet steering rack to to 89-91...
