Is the vsv no mean normally open and the vsv nc mean normally closed? Also is there any part numbers for these by any chance dude :)

could an apexi rsm be used to control this as it has a rpm activated output. also has anyone ever done a walkthrough on how to install these? i remember starletrick from uksc saying he used some sort of fish tank one way valve if that makes any sense to anyone i know nothing about fish tanks...
