very strange, in my frustration i elbowed the door and it started working :D

Yeah got a power probe, checked the door hinge for a break but nothing. Checked the fuses there all ok, strange thing is i push the button to raise the window and the dashboard lights dim slightly as if it was working.... most irritating.

I've recently completed my engine change but for some reason the drivers side window has stopped working, the passenger side still works... I cant figure it out, has anyone got any suggestions?

Spotted a very tidy looking silver galanza just of the m6 going in Warrington, Black team dynamic alloys with the limited edition silver rim and had tripple gauge pod on the drivers side pillar.

I used the gearbox that came with the engine, naturally took it out for a quick spin seconds after the lump was in there. I am getting an engine management light popping up so gotta do a diagnostic test tonight.... soon be fully road ready

Just completed my engine swap, like for like 1.3 turbo. except with this new engine no matter which direction i spin the front wheels (up on a ramp) they both go in the same direction, yet on my previous gearbox they went in oposite directions, the car isnt in gear and i dont know enough about...

Same here Mine does exactly the same thing.... Though on my old engine it didnt do that.

ecu I'll take a picture this evenig, have deciced to only work half a day today, gotta get it running :D only paid £500 for the whole lump, think i got a bargain.

I've recently bought my replacement engine for my starlet, got everything i needed with it, wiring harness, gearbox, turbo everything and it was all still attached. Came to fit the ecu and it's slightly chunkier than the standard one and it's got, "buddy club" and Brack box stamped on it...
