Do you mean the breather that is usually linked to the re-circulating dump valve? If so, many on here fit a rocker cover breather filter,which should be ok, otherwise you could fit an oil catch tank to be all prim and proper with the law!

Leave your engine running, and have a nosey by the injectors and fuel rail for any signs of petrol, also, check round your fuel filter and any other pipework! Oh yeh, and use a torch, not a lighter! lol
