    If you have deep pockets than something like a GTX28 series turbo. If you want to run big power you have to sacrifice a little on the lag. Decent head work could help keep the lag on a fair scale. Something like a TD04 (which by date is still the mostly used turbo for a mild street/strip car)...

    The cost would depend widely on what you personally want. For instance to fit a 4EFTE engine in a Toyota Tercel is pretty straight forward if the 4E loom is uncut. Minor electrical connections etc etc. If you want to keep everything standard it shouldn't be that much.

    No, they would not be ok. Put them in if your planning on running 3+bar of boost. Factory spec is range 6. If you have some mods you could run range 7.

    You could try using a camber bolt to see if it helps. The bolt should allow you to correct the 1 degree.

    Synchro from 2nd and 3th seems to be a problem on these boxes when more than moderate shifting is applied. Do a search on here and you should find plenty of info on synchros with their numbers.

    Hi mate. How did you fit the dizzy of the sr20?? How hard was the machine work?? I run a Haltech Sport 1000 but still using the stock dizzy. I was planning on trying out the AEM Engine Position Module to replace the stock dizzy.

    turbo pressure power surge

    Usually there should be a gain setting for a EBC to flat out the fluctuation. Check to see if all connections are secure and you have no leaks. Getting the gain dialed in on some EBC could be PITA some times.
