Cheapest in Kerry or cork for good tinting?

is this a good price for fitting my apexi rsm, apexi turbo timer, hks fcd, hks f-con & gcc and boost controller and rew runs on dyno for 500euro?? is it a good price or is he foolin me??:confused:

dont know if its possible but could sum one try photoshop dark smoked tint in the back windows and lighter smoked tint in the front and a livesports spoiler if thats possible! :p
