i was using one ( coloured sticker) racing..power was amazing consuption more amazing!!
I think that black stickers are newer than blue-red saying Racing..
to my understanding there are the same..
well we are talking about 15 ys engines though...if it was a punto that age he woulk have changed the 8th head gasket ...4th turbo...3rd engine etc:haha::haha:
1.take rad cap off & drain the radiator by uncrewing the niplle of the radiator
2.flush the hole system using water with a garden hose
3.screw the bleed niplle of the radiator tight
4.top radiator with coolant fluid
5. start engine with rad cao off and let idle for a good 5-7 min.
6...
don`t want to be the informer of bad news but also think about h/g failure if water rises after a good trash..Doesn`t have to mix oil-water for a h/g failure.
If it`s on the early stage of damage water will stay in level as long as you dont boost it hard.
Try to boost-drive hard for a few...
if you use front mount you are helping the situation but air filter sucks hot air turbo makes it even hotter so you can figure it out..
unfortunatelly summer is no good for us :-(
it`s not possible for a stock one to hit fuel cut!
maybe you have mods that you don`t know?
maybe you have Jam actuator( which looks similar to stock one)?
Regarding the wastegate there is a chance that the flap won`t open properly=creep=fuel cut .check if actuator arm is moving freely
can you hear turbo spool at all?
smoke from exhaust? if yes what colour
i/c pipes-joins in possition?
plugs ok? or plug wires
check all these and post back
My setup ( ct9 & hybrid) ~ 1-1.2 bar , is with stock Fpr aftermarket pump stock injectors and the Jam ecu fuels rich enough meazured with widband allover the band .. You use bigger injectors , fpr set high so i trust most possible pump issue
maybe thats your issue cause these ecu`s( i have a Jam Racing one) tends to run rich enough! whats the readings on full boost at high rpm`s?
stock fuel pump?
your FPR is high enough ( 3.5 bar!!)
