Why does the de-cat pipe matter?

My Piston rings are gone n compression has been lost, my car is up for sale but I just haven't got the funds at the mo to sort the car, does anyone think it would sell with the fried rings? Please be honest guys, my decision will be made based on the comments of the masters!!!

It's weird if you build the boost up slowly it holds it but its in second that you hit peak boost then it drops off!

Air cons gone mate! I was getting creep before I changed my actuator and now I get boost drop!
