    Ebay Clutch Max fywheel kit

Hi members :) Hope you are doing well :) I was looking on Ebay for a clutch and the flywheel and clutch kit popped up. It is branded Clutch Max made in USA with a lighter chromoly flywheel. Has any one tried it?

    Mines ecu and td04 setup

Good that you have EGT at least. Yes timing is probably not a problem for you at the moment.

Zisco ct9 Ms ram horn manifold

You want to use the one with the small dome. This will increase performance right through the rev range. About 1-2hp without a turbo. And then about 10% torque. It is important to know that you must use a stand alone ECU if you do this and don't use a CT9 with this mod.

Zisco ct9 Ms ram horn manifold

I also hate boost lag, this is why I go with higher compression. If you slap a small TD04 on a 4EFTE with 5EFE pistons you will have your dream setup :) Also a good tunable ECU will gain you turbo spool time and piping. I just hate the CT9 because of the shitty stock manifold. A CT9 has a big...

Zisco ct9 Ms ram horn manifold

Just DIY everything. Are you using EMU black ecu? They are not too bad but afaik the tech support is not the best. For the base map setup just get a tuner to team viewer you. Some advice, get rid of the CT9.

    Mines ecu and td04 setup

I have not worked with that ECU before but it obviously needs a tune or get rid of it. BTW you dont hear knock on most Toyota engines. They overheat and blow head from too much timing. 100ron is good yes. But what is your elevation?

    4E-FTE cylinder head height

You can skimm the head by 1mm if you had a reason to. So normal service skimming is not a problem at all. If you skimm the head by 0.1mm then the compression will be effected by less than 1 point. You do not need to measure piston to valve on a 4EFTE. It is non interference. I am also going for...

What gaskets to buy when doing valve adjustment

On a side note, do you know that you need to use shims to adjust clearance? First find out who has stock of the shims before stripping.

    Spark plugs

You use 1/2" ratchet with 150-200mm extension bar and 16mm tube socket.

    Victor Reinz sealant and gaskets.

    Interchangelable Injectors

I would think if you have a stock setup and go from stock injectors 295? to 315 the ECU will trim just fine? Thinking that people run larger turbos on stock ecu.

    EP91 4efte distributor teflon gasket?

You should strip the distributor and measure the bearing and seal and then go to a bearing/seal shop. But looks like you are on the correct path :) Remember to lube the seal before fitment, the correct way is to use red rubber grease. Or the DIY oil way :p

    knock sensor fault

Well if its lean it will knock, you might be looking for the problem at the wrong place. You might need a good diagnostic tool that will show you the knock live data etc.

wat should oil pressure be on a 4efte?

You can try it but use a manual gauge to verify accuracy. Remember that the OEM one is an oil pressure sensor switch and not a pressure sensor.

No it wont knock :) But be careful when you try it.

    Using diesel engine oil?

I have been using Shell Rimula for years. I am however not a fan of Valvoline. For me shell or nothing. My one friend ran his Honda 600rr on shell HX7 for over 100k km.
