sorry mate, but thats severely overpriced, unless its about 30k mileage go on 106 owners or the likes to advertise it, or to have a lookat what you hould advetise the car for, i sold a fairly well equipped one for not much over that price, i think a realistic price if its average 80-90k mileage, would be 1500 euro,thats only my opinio tho,

perhaps you should do some research on car prices in Ireland before pissing on someones for sale thread.


Really nice looking car. Used to own a lil 1.1 ltr 106 back in the day and loved it :)

wow then my apologies, but i thought registration was around £500?? maybe its more i dont know??

as i said, its just my opinion on and early basic spec gti

it's very well priced, iv checked carzone and autotrader for reference so should sell quick at the price im asking, im aware they are cheaper in the UK

Yeah it goes on emissions these days though so the big polluters are charged a higher rate. The Starlet only cost me 20% vrt because of it's low emissions. The vrt is based on the price paid plus customs and excise and any other charges including shipping multiplied by the vrt rate
