yer man hayes engineering for the win just had my turbo fitted by bob and ray and fpr and boost controller setup made 207bhp and 193ftlb of torque at 1.1bar

i dont dout the hp i think there is more done to the engine that the owner or tuner knows

I agree with Chris on this one. As it is an import the owner might have no idea about what is actually has been replaced/modded. I seriously doubt that it was an original Turbo as most of the Ct9's cracked and that reduces their performance.
