3.7v batery safe for 3.6v camera?

hi guys. again i am not sure if this is the right place to ask as this is the photo arena but since it will be a camera related question, hope no one minds.

I own a Ricoh Caplio R7. Comes stock with a 3.6v 1000mAh battery. Now i am looking to buy an extra battery. Searched ebay but those [obviously aftermarket] batteries are 3.7v & 1100mAh.

Question is, will it be safe for camera to use it?

have a little look on this web site, there really cheap and they do all sorts off stuff, one off my mates used to buy memory cards from them and sell on ebay for a profit!!

3.7 volts will be fine mate. as long as it fits and all!

thanks for input mates. found a 3.6v off ebay for just a few quids.
