we only have decent respected and grown-up traders. If you handle your customers anything like you have handled this situation I pity them.

After reading your posts in this thread I am 100% satisfied that we have made the right decision.

Now you wont be trying to rubbish our traders anymore on here because they have a proven record and you my friend have only proven you are a childish idiot.

Ill leave this thread open so you can continue to post rubbish and let everyone see how you handle situations that do not go your way... let them see how you would treat a customer who had a complaint... go ahead mate keep posting...

so it was made quite clear to you what was happening..

The reason we have to examine each application is because we have had our hands burnt before by rouge traders, and to be honest i have never met you i know nothing about you and i damn sure aint going to be taking any phone calls at 4am from people around the world looking for you when you dissapear... understand?

there is nothing left to say on this matter.. as in my PM i stated to you

but you seem to have dug yourself into a pretty deep hole now.. and as was stated before ALL staff review the applications, so with the amount of mods and admins you have pissed off with this thread.. i think your chances are pretty slim

a simple PM reply would have been much easier mate.

after reading this thread it's blindingly obvious that Admin Team have made the right decision.

if you have a big problem about it then why not try make a name for yourself doing something useful other then childish rants aginst the people trying to protect tgtt members.

what makes you think all the other traders went from nothing to where they are just by getting the Trader status?

it's all about reputation in this business and word of mouth at meets and being a part of the community, all worth much more then having a small section of your own on the forum.

macker i never got that pm you sent there, and I did send you a pm a little while ago asking for an update on the trader account but with no response from it, then i got this email and thought it was a bit rude not to give a reason to why it was not accepeted,
IF i was to get that pm you said you sent none of this would of happend

never met the guy but most of posts ive seen him put up he seemed a decent enough kid.

he only wanted to know why he was rejected for a traders app and got a bit of a slating by some of the mods in my opinion

cheers mate, believe me i never got that PM macker sent, if i did i would of totally understood and would of said nothing bout it atall, but to just get a email saying it been cancelled and that the 100 euro would be partly or fully refunded found it abit odd, as i thought i would get a pm saying why, o well it all out now anyway

This may have nothing to do with anything but ive met gaz on numerous of occasions, has helped me out with parts and info in the past, top bloke, very kind, and helpful....

So whatever people maybe thinking towards gaz i can assure he hasn't meant to approach the situation in a rude fashion but just wanted a proper answer as to the reason of rejection.... he said he didn't receive the PM, i cant see why he would lie at all about something like that.....

Just reading this from an outsiders point of view and reading through the posts, they do seem very harsh towards him.....

Im not saying who's write or wrong so please, i don't want anyone jumping down my throat... Im just expressing my point of view across...

I also have to mention that gaz and arron are genuine guy's, I only meet the pair of them a few months back when i first got my GT and since then they've only been to happy to help me out!!! I mean how many people would cut the front off there spare shell to help some one they've just meet out!!!

I know this isnt gona make any difference to the mods decision but i think the way they've been made out in this topic is abit harsh and not needed by the mods, I would have expected more from the moderators off the forum that two people are paying to be members of!!!

Well although its all been said before by my fellow staff, i think that when these kind of situations arise it is always best to wait it out untill u get a definate answer from a member of the admin team..

Pls remember that when we take a decision to accept/decline a trader we do so with thought 1st & foremost with care to ensure that a few months later no unhappy client comes to us & can point a finger saying that we made a wrong choice & that a verified (ie trader approved by us) went rogue & left us with a huge problem to deal with.

So basically when a decision is taken by ALL of us, it is in the best interest of our members, so that they are safeguarded & can shop with ease & without worry that their hard earned cash ended up at some guy who just ran off after a while.

In all honesty i never saw a bad post from u, but after reading this thread & ur coments to this thread, well it kinda sheds another light.. As a person u may be ok, loyal & helpful, but dealing with situations.. well you have ALOT to learn..

The thread only started because he wanted to know why it got declined, that was only a fair thing to ask!!!

Surely if something you tried to do got declined you'de want to know why aswell!!!

You should have queried it with Macker and been patient on a reply. He is a very busy person, publicly posting it here was not the best idea... Or if you felt it necessary to discuss it publicly you should have done so in a professional manner. I'm confused as to why this is still being discussed? You've said what you felt was necessary to say and you have now had your requested responses.
