Alright guys, ive got lowering springs in my gt at the moment, ive no idea what make they are but they are way to hard for the shocking northern irish roads. Ive looked into buying coilovers but they are way above my budget lol and im looking for advice on what suspension springs to get for a lower ride hight than standard thats not too hard but handles well and has some comfort going over the bumps in the road. Any help?

This is exactly what I wanted when I bought this kit (and never get the chance to fit it) - which is now for sale - pretty much the whole kit - just the shocks and rear top mounts needed for a full setup!

The springs are made in Japan - not too hard, but not too soft either - buy brand new STANDARD KYB shocks and you'll get a nice ride - with average comfort and average handling. The coilovers are very stiff - perfect for off-road/track use - terrible comfort on the uk roads...

I really rate the tein springs. Best lowering springs I have used an a starlet.
