Right at the start of march I ordered an autobahn manifold, paid for it and it had been sent by autobahn when I had sourced a replacement at a much cheaper cost.
So I emailed autobahn and asked if they could cancel the order and refund me the money, I recieved and email back saying that they have cancelled the delivery and when the manifold returns to them I will recieve a full refund.
This did not happen, I have not received the manifold or the money. I have send around 10 emails to them. Only the the first one was replied to when they asked for a transaction number.
I paid by paypal so I tried to raise a dispute through them but it says that it does not meet the correct criteria for a dispute.
I would really like a phone number so I can get this sorted...
Anyone help?
