bit of a problem

As some of you may know i'm selling my glanza. Problem is, ones told me only to register the car in my name when i tax it which is this week. So i am only getting it registered in my name this week which i think takes 2-3 weeks to be processed, What can i say to people that want to buy my car as alot of people are from england. Ones i know want to buy it also and they are ok with it. Any1 see any problems with this?

alot of people will be put off with the car with no log book present - especialy if buying from england.
ine ngland you can tax your car online and over the phone aslong as its insured and motd - regardless of whos name its in.

correct..have you not seen the new tax advert on tv lol! theres no excuse as you can do it over the phone the same day they say lol!..

ok..so did you not register it when you bought it??
i personally wouldnt buy a car without proof of address for the log book - ive bought a car without a logbook but had photcopies of it as it was in the process of being changed from private plate back to normal.
But the english/irish address - i would personally suggest you get it changed over

i was registering the car when i tax it, just went along with what my car done with his. Really stupid yes i know, but its done already. Its all filled out just need to go in and get it done.
