I can appreciate that a non-working item isn't a good scenario, but 1st thing to do is email/PM/call and speak to the seller. If they're not cooperative, and are unwilling to help, then go through PayPal (if that's how you paid). Then, place feedback on here so that the Mods can see what the story is. Starting posts without even speaking to the person concerned isn't the best way to go about things, as it tends to antagonise them...
