chooch gt turbo

i recently got a ep82 gt turbo it ran fine for about 3 days then dropped some water and the clutch packed in (bummer)
so i got an exedy clutch fitted and cheacked the cooling system FINE
running about tonight no probs then a lead popped off so reconected it FINE
then went to drive it again and the engine managment light stayed on,dropped some water from the resorvior and the clutch feels gone again.
really got me stuck here so anyone with any insight into this?????
