you think i haven't tried that already? what i wrote earlier in the thread; they closed the dispute cause its up to the seller to refund if the buyer pays twice.

exactly my point.....but hes opened up a big thing giving me a bad name over something stupid that could have probally been solved now if he hadnt of been getting lairy.
if i owed him money paypal woul have refunded it as its happened to me before and i got it back.

the reason the tread was started was paypal did not sort it out and it going on for months now i want this to just get sorted out get the conclusion whos at fault and sort out money
tbh i dont think anything would have even got this far of talks without people helping the situation

is pourtsmouth can prove he gave him back the money well and good and just finish the hole argument but he hasnt and its simple to do if it was me i would just get it over and done with as i wouldnt want a bad name

now i don't know if you are just thick or knowingly pocketing the 40 quid but check the facts and the solid evidence that ive posted and realise the only loose end that needs tying in this fiasco is for you to 'refund' my cash, assuming you genuinely want to redeem yourself. stop hoping the problems just gonna go away cause it aint. & honestly i think its plain to everyone on here that you robbed my money becuase i've posted facts, while you've posted nothing but bs, so quit fucking about and give me it back.

May i add that this is not the first time porthmouthep82 has been involved in such a dispute. 3 months ago i bought a fpr from him which turned out to be faulty. I contacted him looking for a refund which he was unwilling to pay his reply was "sold as seen mate no refunds" this was a fpr described as used but good condition how could i see if it was faulty or not. After sending him a few messages with no reply I decided to get the mods involved. They couldn't do anything as they said this was the first complaint recived about this member. Portsmouthep82 is a conman he's on here trying to make a few pound from unsuspecting members and he should be added to the untrusted sellers list until he can prove that he is a genuine seller and not a theif.

totally agree.
another week, still no refund. deserves a permanent ban on here just like toytuning got.
mods please do something.. if not for us, for any other members that could happen to deal with him.

To the guy who has the money... give it back or you wont be welcome on this site anymore. You have a week to put this right or show proof you have refunded the money.

the thing I don't get is that if you pay twice you are effectively paying for 2 items.
When I've been speaking to one of the paypal disputes team on the phone she said unless the seller could prove the item had been delivered then paypal would side with the buyer.
So you theoretically paid for an item and got it and then paid for another and didn't get it so surely that means in the dispute the outcome would be a refund.
Another point I'd like to make is that either of the parties posting up images of their paypal accounts is pointless as it would take 5 mins to do a perfect photoshop showing whatever you wanted....
edit: Stew I looked at the responce from paypal, no wonder they closed the case, you filed a dispute for the completely wrong reasons. Unauthorised use would mean that you didn't authorise the transaction which you actually did by clicking on the button - clicking a button like that on the internet is the equivalent of your Signature. Had you opened a dispute for the right reason then you would have got a refund, get onto paypal and see if you can open a dispute for the other payment. Also if you fund your paypal account from your credit card you can get a refund that way if you still haven't recieved the goods paid for and you are outside the paypal time limit for a successful claim

i like the way you call pointing out the facts stirring just cus you dont like the truth. bottom line is the spoons situation got sorted very quickly and this has been dragging on for months with no outside help at all and theres only one difference i can see... thanx for the negative rep points by the way bet it made u feel like a real man, lol.

Erm, mods get zero special treatment. I had to take a trader on here to court to get my money back on a car (over £3.5k). The other mods quite rightly wanted to wait until the outcome before taking action as for themm it was my word against his. Once I won he was banned from being a trader, but much to my annoyance he is still a member on here. If mods get preferential treatment then surely I would of had my way?
